Quality first! We are proud to announce that GREATVISORY together with its partners PPMI | Part of the Verian Group, 3s Research & Consulting and Ockham IPS has won a multiple framework contract for Knowledge Production and Knowledge Sharing in the field of Human Capital Development, having the highest score for the offer’s quality!

Starting April 2026 and running through December 2029, we will be delivering high-impact services across two core areas:

📚 Knowledge Production — designing and implementing research studies, comparative analyses, policy assessments, and evidence-based knowledge products that inform education, training and employment reforms across ETF partner countries.
🌐 Knowledge Sharing — organising and facilitating peer learning activities, expert networks, training programmes, study tours and innovative knowledge exchange formats — both online and in-person — supporting sustainable reforms in human capital development.

Our work will span a wide thematic landscape, from labour market analysis, digital transition and green skills, to vocational excellence, lifelong learning, gender equality, migration, and social inclusion — across 28 ETF partner countries and beyond.

This contract represents far more than a business milestone. It is a commitment to contributing meaningful, evidence-based knowledge that shapes policies affecting people’s access to education, skills and employment.
