In August this year, the offer presented by GV was selected for implementation and on 9 September, during a kick-off meeting with the European Training Foundation, we have started a study: “Analysing the skills dimension of technology transfer in the Western Balkans economies”. The main tasks include a clear mapping of technology transfer agenda and main actors, overview of the skills related services, actions, practices by education and training providers and others technology transfer actors in support to technology transfer, including a consultation with actors highlighting needs, gaps and improvement actions concerning skills services in technology transfer.
The work will be done in Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania and BiH where both qualitative and quantitative research methods will be applied. The study is planned to be finished by the end of February 2023.
